As the 'Customer' I hereby represent that I have read and completed the required procedures and checks and that I have full authority to authorize the testing/tuning of this vehicle and to enter into this Waiver/Release. I acknowledge that Xcede Performance is not liable or any loss or damage due to theft, fire or any cause whatsoever. Vehicles are stored, driven & parked at the owner's risk. I know and accept the risk of running my vehicle on the dynamometer, hereby known as the 'dyno'. I, The Owner hereby acknowledge that I am aware of the potential risks involved with dyno testing / tuning and that I, The Owner waive any and all claims against The Tuner. Therefore, I hereby release Xcede Performance from any liability of any nature for damage or other losses which may be sustained as a result of the testing/tuning on the dyno.

I acknowledge that Xcede Performance is not liable for any effect that the modifications may have on existing vehicle warranty. By signing this indemnity form I , The Owner (the below signed) absolve The Tuner of any liability should ANY damage on my vehicle incurred before, during or after the vehicle is operated for Re-Tuning. I, The Owner agree to keep the The Tuner both collectively and individually indemnified, safe and harmless from any claims, costs, damages or liabilities for ANY damage to my vehicle or personal injury as a result thereof. I also acknowledge that no third party will attempt to hold The Tuner liable for ANY damage to my vehicle or personal injury and that I, The Owner will not lend any assistance to any third party wishing to pursue a claim against The Tuner. The Tuner reserves the right to withdraw or cancel the re-tune at any point.

I acknowledge that should the vehicle have less than 20 litres of fuel at the time of booking, that a R 500,00 surcharge will be added to my final invoice.
